Meet Egypt
Hey there!
Welcome to the Naturally Egypt community! My name is Egypt and I’m so glad that you found my tribe.
I grew up in Brooklyn, New York, and migrated to the DMV and I love it here! In my free time I enjoy creating healthy recipes, hiking, doing DIY projects, spending time with my family, and traveling.
In 2019, I was diagnosed with lupus. My personal wellness journey inspired me to create a space to motivate and encourage individuals to achieve balance through a sustainable and holistic path.
I believe that finding joy in your wellness journey is always the most challenging obstacle. Think of me as a personal accountability partner, keeping you on the path to growing and glowing throughout your wellness journey.

Our Programs
For nearly four years, the Naturally Egypt Foundation has served the Washington, DC area.
Our programs were created to empower, encourage and motivate our community to set and achieve realistic health Goals.
We have a team of dedicated staff members and volunteers who are committed to helping people in our community live healthier and more fulfilling lives. We provide programs and resources to empower our community to make meaningful lifestyle changes.
Naturally We Walk 21 Day Challenge
Step it up and take control of the leader board. The goal of this friendly competition is to help you lose unwanted weight and get back into the fitness scene. A monetary prize will be awarded to the top participant with the most steps in each group.
Naturally We Walk Scavenger Hunt
Explore Washington, D.C.’s sights and uncover hidden gems. Be the first team to complete the 2 mile trek and find all clues to complete the challenge and win a prize.
Get Fit
An intermediate level fitness program designed to keep you active and motivated. This program will push you to your limits and help you stay on track.
